If you’re looking for the wedding of a lifetime, but don’t have time for every little planning and design detail, then this is the package for you.
We cover every aspect of your event from logistics to aesthetics; venue scouting to initial concept design & conceptualization – to budget management, blueprint, timelines, schedule & details – all so you don’t have to.
This also includes rehearsal ceremony planning & coordination and overall event day management & orchestration. We do all of the research & work with you to determine options & bring together all of the elements you vision for your day. You can relax and enjoy the planning process. We manage your entire event so you can be a guest to your own wedding!
Partial Planning
You have the essential resources for planning your big day, but after all the hours of dedication into the planning, you have now become a little overwhelmed, and know it is time to take a step back and enjoy the show while someone else does the work.
Our professional assistance, with strategic implementation, will make sure every detail goes as you have planned. We will oversee your event activities and deal with any potential mishaps. Our service during these crucial last couple of months of planning include the rehearsal, confirmation of all event professionals that you have selected, site tour, creation of a detailed event timelines, choosing last minute vendors as needed, and complete orchestration of your day.
Day Of Coordination
Whether you select our ‘Month of coordination’ or ‘Day of Management’ package, you will feel at ease knowing Orchid Blossom Events will take care of all your event details and manage your event according to your specifications. Either package is perfectly fit for couples that have managed to plan their entire event, but are becoming a bit overwhelmed with the extra/final details as the wedding day gets closer.
We will work with the details provided by you and formulate a master plan/blueprint and create timelines for the entire day.
